Trained as an Architect at Sakakura Associates in Japan. Worked as Trade Flow Manager for financial derivatives at Goldman Sachs before establishing nohdoh co. Have experience in investment funds, research and advisory in Asia and Europe whilst holding strong ties in Asian market.

Worked as a Research Engineer for Processing Technology Development for Machine Tools at JTEKT Corp. and Sales at Marubeni Technosystems. Led NIC I.D System (Thailand) Co., Ltd as an expat manager in Automation of Machine Tools before establishing nohdoh co. Hayato's family is farmer for a few generations.
