Japanese food such as Sushi, Tempura, Ramen and Katsu Curry is becoming a part of daily meal in China, Singapore, South East Asia as well as Europe and the Americas. Most of rice provided in Japanese restaurants in Europe and Americas are grown in other countries rather than Japan. We aim to provide crafted rice grown in Japan for hi-quality Japanese restaurants. ​
Innovating Japanese Agriculture to Increase Yield
A lot of farms in Japan still use open field and low-mid tech green houses when growing vegetable. Ageing in Japanese population is speeding as well as birth rate is declining which is pushing down agricultural production of Japan. We aim to innovate agriculture using hi-tech greenhouses, IoT and automation technology in combination with hi-quality seeds to address the labour issues as well as to boost the quality and yield.

We aim to bridge the Trust on Japanese products (safety standards, quality) and Resources (good water, climate) in combination with detailed-oriented and hard working Japanese workforce to produce secondary agriculture products to provide in domestic market and global markets especially in Asia.
